Event and Session Guidelines
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Wooden Weed LLC uses your personal information gained through purchase, enrollment, or engagement with our business solely for confidential and professional company use. Your name, liking, and photo is only used on our public platforms with your express permission, and your information is never sold to third parties.
Customers, users, and attendees are expected to honor and respect other individuals whom you may encounter in our programs, events, and offerings. Strict confidentiality of names and personal information shared and gained throughout the course of attending sessions, events, experiences, and offerings of Wooden Weed LLC is not only expected but required.
When you attend our events, sessions, experiences or purchase products or programs you will be granted access to various materials. Said materials are intellectual property of Wooden Weed LLC and are not permitted to be distributed to non-customers/non-attendees nor may our materials be duplicated in any way. Materials provided to you by Wooden Weed LLC are intended solely for your individual use and may not be used otherwise.
GUIDELINES:
• Attendance at our in-person and virtual sessions and events is entirely voluntary and by volunteering your time in attending you agree to follow the guidelines, rules, and limits necessary and named on this site and in the course of communication for and during the offering by Wooden Weed LLC.
CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
• Sound and energy healing work may, at times, induce painful emotional or physical responses. It is your responsibility to navigate your experience and manage your health accordingly.
• Do not use sound healing if you suffer from epilepsy unless you have consulted your doctor to ensure you receive the right anti-epileptic medication and are not in danger of seizure from intense sound vibrations.
• Keep a minimum distance of 20cm/8in between a sound healing instrument and any implanted heart pacemaker, stent, shunt, or defibrillator.
• During pregnancy, especially during the first 12 weeks sound healing instruments should be used off-the-body and are not to be used on the stomach or back.
RISK WAIVER:
Attendance at Wooden Weed LLC events, sessions, and experiences are at your own risk and by attending you agree to release Wooden Weed LLC and any program and company hosts, guides, practitioners, and owners of all liability in the event of loss, injury, or otherwise.
AGE & CONSENT: By accessing the information and images, and/or by ordering from our website, you acknowledge the following:
• That you are 18 years of age or older.
• That the information and images you access on the pages of our website and/or the products you order from our website are not in any way unlawful in your state, province, country, municipality, or other jurisdiction.
• That you consent to view at times sexually explicit material.
That by consenting to view sexually explicit material, you waive any future right to take legal action against Wooden Weed LLC based on your viewing this material
• That you agree not to distribute information you receive from Wooden Weed LLC to those under the age of 18 or those who would be violating the law by accessing such material in their jurisdiction.
Refunds & Returns
EVENT REGISTRATION & PAYMENT: To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 2 business days after your admission has been approved by Wooden Weed LLC. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled and admission may be offered to a party on the waitlist. To that end, it is important that you submit registration payment for the event promptly when notified your admission application is approved. Once your pre-approval for registration is cancelled due to non-payment, individuals will be required to re-apply for event admission.
EVENT REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: We are a small business curating events and your cancellation impacts our revenue and our brand as well as the experience for the event. We keep our word and ask you to keep yours.
All event registration cancellation requests must be made in writing to Wooden Weed LLC. If a written cancellation request is not received by 14 or more days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 14 days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received 15 or more days prior to the scheduled event.
At times, we offer hostel-style lodging during our events. When you book a bed, it prevents others from doing so, and we have reserved that space for you. Lodging cancellations are subject to the same refund and cancellation timelines outlined herein.
If the event is cancelled by Wooden Weed LLC registrants may be extended a full refund (100%) or transfer of monetary value to another event, experience, session, or retail products at the sole discretion of Wooden Weed LLC.
RETURNS: If you purchase a product that is unsatisfactory, you may exchange it for an item or service of equal value within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused and in like-new condition. At its sole discretion Wooden Weed LLC reserves the right to decline returns on a case-by-case basis based on product condition. Sale items are final sale and are unable to be returned.
Airbnb guests are subject to our policies for refunds and cancellations reflected on the Airbnb site at the time of booking which supersede policies herein this site.
